  • Post-High School Program

After completing high school, students can benefit from post-high school programs, often known as the "fifth year of high school" or "gap year." These programs offer high school graduates the opportunity to enhance their athletic, academic, and life skills while exploring their options and finding the college or university that best aligns with their aspirations.

There are several motivations for high school graduates to choose a post-high school program. Some athletes may not be at the level required to compete in college sports immediately, while others may need additional time to develop technically and mature athletically to secure the right offer. Additionally, some students may require this year to improve their academics, while others might need to build the independence necessary for college success.
